Getting support
If you’ve got a question that hasn’t been answered by our FAQ, you can contact us using the methods listed above. User support for grid users is usually provided by the EGI GGUS ticketing system (read more on the EGI Wiki here). However, you may also find it useful to join one or more of the mailing lists listed in the table below:
